In light of the growing concerns of the Coronavirus Pandemic (COVID-19) and for effective precautionary and safety measures recommended by the World Health Organization (WHO), Federal Government of Nigeria (FGN) and National Centre for Disease Control (NCDC), we wish to notify you that our Business Continuity Plan has been activated.
As governments all over the world take steps to implement measures to contain the spread, we would like to reassure you that we have put measures in place to ensure our operational activities continue seamlessly and to maintain our quality of service throughout this period while ensuring the safety of our Clients, Employees and other Stakeholders. 1  From Wednesday, 25 March 2020 till further notice, most of the Apel Team will work remotely to ensure our well-being while we provide top-notch and seamless services to you. Our working hours will be from 9a.m - 4p.m.
2 Our Lagos and Abuja offices will be closed to the general public from Wednesday, 25 March 2020 till further notice. Our e-channels are currently active across all companies for ease of business. We encourage you to use these channels as physical visits are currently suspended.

We are closely and constantly monitoring the situation and are following all advice and guidelines as laid-out by WHO, FGN and NCDC. We are also working hard to ensure we follow the best practices that will help us keep you and the Apel Team, safe in these uncertain times.
We encourage you to diligently follow the safety advisory from the WHO, NCDC and FGN as your well-being matters to us. While there’s no need to panic, do take precautionary measures, improve your hygiene methods and be vigilant.
